We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Sales Executive to join our team. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing excellent customer service and regular communication.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and selling IT products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and work collaboratively with technical teams.
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
